Costco Supplier Requirements
Facilities that manufacture or supply consumable products, or food contact packaging materials to Costco Wholesale Corporation are required to complete a Food Safety Costco GMP or Costco Addendum along with their GFSI audit (eg. BRC, SQF, FSSC).
